Objective

To work for the welfare of persons with cerebral palsy, mental retardation, Autism and multiple Disability in the State of Sikkim.
Awareness generation about disability
Conduction of sensitizing workshops, seminars for the govt. officials, NGO members
Conduction of training on disability management for the pvt. School teachers, medical officers

Our Mission

To set up a national/international level Comprehensive Rehabilitation Centre in the State of Sikkim and serve all kinds of disabilities under one roof.

About us

The Spastics Society of Sikkim is a registered NGO established in the year 1997. It is registered with Govt. of Sikkim Registration No. 951, Vol. No. I dated 09.07.1997. It is affiliated to Indian Institute of Cerebral Palsy, Kolkata. It is registered with National Trust of India, New Delhi and is a Member Zonal Advisory Committee, North-East, under Rehabilitation Council of India. Since the last 16 years the Institute has been making striking advances in building capacities to empower persons with Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and Multiple Disability.
